Please take a look through our Reference Sires for the 2023 Hereford Bull Sale. Questions or comments? Feel free to touch base with us by heading over the the Get in Touch page.
We purchased 3F largely on the strength of the females behind him. He’s developed into a thick, easy fleshing sire. We are happy with his results to date.
Polled. We purchased 7D privately from John Lutz in a joint venture and after calving one crop of his calves we thought he would be a good outcross sire for our polled heifers. His calves looked and sold very well in the British Connection sale.
We used 98G as a yearling for just one season to follow his sire 149C. We lost him to injury, but check out his sons in this sale. 98G’s mother is tops in performance. His sons should produce wonderful cows.
100E was at the top of his crop for performance and style. He’s a nice big yellow bull with the depth of rib and hip that we strive for.
There is so much that we like about both sides of 139E’s pedigree along with his conformation and performance that we kept him for a herd sire. He is very docile and great to work with.
143F was picked for sire duty to follow 38B when we lost him to injury. He’s a big, soggy, deep bull that leaves his mark on his progeny.
146F is the second son of 5B we’ve used. He has developed into a long, evenly made bull that is giving us some of our top end calves.
Polled. 147E was at the top of his crop for performance and quality. We used him on heifers with good success.
We chose 156F to breed heifers largely on the strength of his mother. He is an eye catcher. We like the look of his progeny.
191F is much like his sire who throws low birth weight calves with good performance.
We liked WLN 60A, 220’s sire, so much because of his extreme length. 220 also shows extreme length and is very docile. He’s from a grand old 42P cow that never missed. We are enjoying his first progeny.
